Q: What should I wear to a Zumba class?

A: Comfortable and lightweight athletic clothing that allow you to move freely. You'll also want to wear shoes that support aerobic activity, while providing flexibility for lateral movement. you want to look for a shoe that offers your foot the support it needs, but pick one that doesn't have a lot of tread.Do not use running shoes, because it makes it difficult to pivot and move accross the floor safely
 
Q: What should I bring to class?

A: Bring a towel,and plenty of water

Q: I have no rhythm, will I be able to Zumba
 
A: Zumba is everyone, all the moves are basic and repetitive, and easy to follow.
 
Q: What are the benefits of Zumba?
 
A: Not only Zumba is Fun and Effective, its a great core dynamic workout, Zumba will potentially reshape all parts of your body, help you maintain a healthy weight. Zumba helps improve self-esteem, self-confidence, and self-image.

Q: I am out of shape. Will I be able to keep up? 
 
A: One of the best things about Zumba is that it is a High
Energy Workout and it's easy enough for beginners to take a
class and catch on quickly.

Q: How many calories can I burn doing Zumba? 
 
A: This is different for everyone. It depends on your level
of intensity, age, weight, along with other things. Generally,
you could burn anywhere from 300-700 calories in one hour of
Zumba.

Q: How do you move like that?
 
A: Some movements take longer than others to feel comfortable.
If you have a question about a move, please, just ask, and I
will show you before or after class. In no time you will be
able to mastered all the move.
