Class Descriptions

Zumba Gold

 It is a low intensity but high energy dance fitness class for older active adult, or any other special population that may need modification for success.This Fun Latin inspired dance class includes: Merengue, Salsa, Rock & Roll, Tango, & more. It is a safe, easy to do & and effective total body workout. It's great for the mind, body & soul but most importantly your heart.
 

Chair Yoga

  It is a gentle class for people that aren't otherwise too active in their lives and/or have limited mobility. Poses are done seated on the chair and the chair is used for support during standing and balance poses. Gentle movement encourages better circulation, improve your strength, flexibility and mobility.  

 Pilates Mat & Sculpt

  This a Fun and invigorating workout that teaches various Mat Pilates exercises. Focus on core conditioning, muscle balance, proper alignment, flow of movement, strength and flexibility, followed by a great upper body sculpting routine. Bring a sticky mat and 3-5 lb dumbbells   

Pilates Yoga Fusion

  Pilates Yoga Fusion is a perfect blend of exercises that focuses on strength, cardio and core condition. This class is design to build strength, gain flexibility, increase balance and improve cardiovascular endurance. The moves are the perfect combination of power  Pilates and Yoga set to vibrant and upbeat music. Please Bring a sticky mat.
